The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) is seeking public comment on a proposed uranium mill in Colorado. Energy Fuels Resources Corp. has proposed the mill which would process up to 500 tons of ore per day, and would be the first uranium mill in the United States in over 25 years. The meeting will take place in Nucla, Colorado on August 13, 2013 and written comments may be submitted to CDPHE until September 13, 2013.
