The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) issued a radioactive materials license to Toronto-based Energy Fuels allowing for the construction of the Pinon Ridge Mill.  The Mill, the first new uranium mill in the U.S. in more than 30 year, is expected to process ore from mines in Gateway, Colorado and La Sal, Utah.
