BLM provided Notice for Proposed Rule Making regarding Onshore Order 5, which establishes standards to ensure gas is accurately measured and reported.  The Order, last updated in 1989, will incorporate current industry standards, establish minimum standards for areas currently not measured, and establish requirements for more detailed reporting.
