The Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania held that the 2012 amendments to Pennsylvania’s Oil and Gas Act (Act 13) which require municipalities to adopt uniform zoning ordinances allowing for oil and gas development in all zoning districts are unconstitutional.  This ruling has been appealed to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
