The Air Pollution Control Division (APCD) of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment held its second of five stakeholder meetings to discuss revisions to Air Quality Control Commission regulations for oil and gas and other emitting facilities.  The APCD intends to increase emission thresholds for permitting to streamline permit administration, while also strengthening regulation of areas currently exempted, including condensate tanks.  The APCD will host monthly stakeholder meetings through May, and hopes to initiate a rulemaking in November, 2013.
