Boulder County, Colorado Commissioners approved new Land Use Code provisions impacting oil and gas developments in the county, but stopped short of an all-out hydraulic fracturing ban.  They also stated they will likely extend the moratorium on processing drilling applications past the February 4 expiration to allow time to develop new procedures in response to these new provisions.
