Pennsylvania
has finalized revisions to the state’s general permit for natural gas
compression and or processing facilities. The revisions expand the new permit’s
scope to cover all natural gas fired engines at non-major facilities and
facilities associated with glycol dehydrators and reduce allowable emission
limits by 75% to 90% for NOx, CO and VOC.
